But there goes another proplem as well, with 5 apartment tgt approximently 5K unit, this area will be congest..

Compare to previous phase, this round price increased about 10kish leh, psf price also increased a bit. Sales package still maintain the same though.

Btw, previous dsl 18x65, 31 units still available out of 207 launched, means 85% sold; whereas 20x65 all sold out.

From Setia Alam I can reach Kelana Jaya in about 25 mins. 5pm or 6pm something, numerous times..

how about morning when u r leaving from setia alam to PJ? most of us leaving at 7.30am to 8.30am, and it is terrible jam....nightmare
