Hahahaha..no logic lah..this house so damn small porch can be called landed ka? Should be called low rise condo la like this..

I don't know as our house has no Viva anymore. I will try two sedan later.

Built up area is OK. Only the car porch is a bit small. Apartment with 500~600sqf now a day is worst than this.

Based on my experience in SA property, 20 feet wide is just nice to park 2 sedan with some space like 2-3 feet spare both side. There is some trick on parking, but most owner will re-locate the refuse chamber to the side, make it more easy to drive in.

BU only looks ok on paper bcos its 3 storey.......

but still better than the common 12' width 3-4 storey homes in Vietnam.

this phase of SA is non GnG, I expect parking war will erupt when most units are occupied.......very common 'war' in normal taman taman.

where for strata gng, you cant park your car outside your gate IF your carporch is not filled up by 2 cars...this is written in the rules and regulations.

haha... nowadays landed.... 18x60 also can sell leh... and actually 20 ft landed very common in klang valley now... for your hse... should be low rise townhouse... for normal new DSL, very unlikely i will saw any offering 22 ft and above nowadays...

Last time stay in kampong, car parked outside because kampong house got no car porch.. nowadays, klang valley houses with big car porch, but only to put some gardening and with outdoor table/chair, or hanging cloth (result after expand kitchen) and left all car park outside. Sometime i really cannot understand..

Not to be surprised, that part still undeveloped, have to wait like 3-5 years when all houses in that area is completed. I have higher expectation on the The Forum by Sunsuria, better location and visibility. Desa Park City Plaza Arcadia also just built after almost all surrounding residential properties is developed. it is about timing.

Wait after Precinct 10, Precinct 11 and Precinct 17 houses occupied, for me commercial shd always come after the nearby residential area is completed so that population catchment is there.

My old house 20 footer with 13 ft width gate can slot in 2 sedan cars.

Sure can but then driver cannot get out of car. Have to sleep in it.
