Yup, prices in SA has stagnated for some time adi, investors that went in recently need to hold longer. The current economy sure ain't helping too.

At the same time though, 1st phase dsl in SEH is enjoying about 20% cap appreciation. Guess that's the benefit of buying early in a proper township development.

Nowadays, price has been stagnant everywhere..some places even go down..so chill out, dont stress yourself.

Miss the good old days of property super booming period..... As for now, perhaps still can find some good deals from subsales.... not easy though but still doable with efforts. nod.gif

Unless this place has massively boomed by commercial activities otherwise the price will be stagnant for quite sometime.

i think its the high supply n lack of commie/fnb. a friend who lives in sa/ecopark constantly complain abt lack of good food etc.

Maybe a mid size and a sub compact car can go in. Need a little bit of good driving skills.

I can see 1 lorry parked at the porch. : biggrin.gif
