Yup. The water facing the last row of Edulis should help. But when you look at the water way at this P17, P11 and the whole area, all water way will flow to the big pond. If Ying from cementry is high then it could be balance back with the growth of trees, plant and wild animals out there. Also, I believe the coming soon Rumah Selangorku soon will block partial Ying from the cementry as well.

I just went to site and enter into one house and view, the view is fantastic and not facing the big cementry mountain directly but distant view from 2nd floor. There is temporary fence built up and blocking the small lake view hence cannot comment so much at the moment until got the CF and removal of the fence. Just captured the house direction at the door entrance and doing evaluation of the house fengsui and matching my personnel fortune. Hopefully, it is good.

Eh house using concrete block ka? Not red brick?

Most of the walls of the house neither use pre-fab. concrete block/slab nor red bricks. The walls between each unit use concrete with wiremesh.

Actually i should not enter the site and it is still under construction. But today is so quiet as all Indos or Banglas go for celebrating Mederka Day (we should be the one to celebrate right?). So I quickly to take the fengshui compass and go. Otherwise no good if someone complain. This is why only a photo can be shared here.

I like H-type as 1st floor is living room instead of bed room for J-Type. But no choice. All units sold and I really don't have choice that time. Getting this unit is considered very very lucky.
