at the end of day, if you love/like it, whether people judge you for whatever reason...remember, is not you buying for them...if for your own reason. Cemetery or not....over-price or not...location will boom or not...just be sure you know the reason you want it, and you can live with it...that's the more important part. The rest are opinion, whether logically make sense...or not

it's actually quite far. but cemetary is visible as its a strech on high ground behind. the housing area or site , when i visit will probably get blocked from this 'view' by apartment or the RSKs. Just a little sharing from my point of view

Guys, regarding new project launch in SA? Nodolus, opacus etc? Any comment about this? I went to the sales gallery and it has been taken mostly especially facing north because of the cemetery. But even though nearest to the cemetery still selling hot, any idea mostly flicker or own stay?

(Caffra and etc). For own stay, i personally believe not many, as we are know the feng-shui is not good. Flipper invested in, as the landed freehold properties are getting lesser and lesser. So, this properties is gold mine. End of the day, people (within the budget) will likely have too buy it even so near to cemetery. People will be less mind and more open, as long as there is a shelter over the head. So, the next launching will be similar even RM 10k more... still consider affordable DSL.
