After discount is about 780k, now selling price about 850 to 870k. Thats a good money.

800k. Edulis should be 810k after discount, since each phase the price increase about 10k.
Just guarded only, for gated need to form RA once Vp time. But got natural barrier to act as fencing.

But don't know when precinct 11 will be occupied by people, seems still empty. Abit sad seeing this.

Sold out within few days. And yeah, all signed SnP.

Initially plan to get Edulis, but Fusca exterior so far is the nicest for me, and afriad unable to get unit for Edulis, so grab Fusca. Layout also practical.

There is a show unit in the welcome centre. So not afraid actual differs from brochure.
Afterall it's still Setia. smile.gif
Edulis will also sell like hot cakes.

1.5m is too much. They bought it at 1.1m and within a year plus want to sell at 1.5m? Super crazy. At least 1.3m still reasonable. Even that, their profit margin is damn high already.

Every phase increase by 10k, i think won't suddenly shoot up to 100k. Nevertheless, the same subsale already selling at 850-880k.

Subsale will be very difficult to dispose since many developer units available. Price tag above 1m really hard to jalan. All terrace units have no problem selling.

Since 20 x 65 and 20" will be used for car porch, then built up will be 20 x 45 x 3 = 2700sq. Same as those Serrata, Elmeri, and Montana already.

Usually people rent houses that are close to their working place. But setia alam town is a bit far from PJ KL Subang.
I would say Setia Alam is good for own stay, but if rent i would not choose here.

Anyway, did you guys notice the crowd in Setia City Mall? Apparently nowadays the crowd is huge. Finding parking now also starting to be difficult.
