Just called developer, they said nonbumi lot actually no more, even if i submit document now also put in me in queue and they got overwhelming application, wonder those who said got 70+ units is referring bumi lot or what.

And the developer told me that I need to pay 10% first for them start evaluate my application, in case im not eligible, they will fully refund the 10% for me. But it doesn't sound right, in case i apply several projects from RUMAWIP and i want bigger chance to get one unit, means for every project i applied, i need to pay the 10% just for them to reviewed me?

Others rumawip project, they want buyer paid 15k only allow to submit application and process. Skyawani, kepongmas, pandanmas, ect....

if you really wan than you can try to pay the 10% deposit first, i am sure you will in priority in term of queue even for the bumi lot. Money do the talk...Others rumahwip project you can apply and submit document frist through dbkl web, once chosen only eligible to pay downpayment or balloting.

U submit document first. After they give u offer letter only u pay deposit n choose unit.

wonder how others can applied several projects at once, if they need to pay so much down payment, maybe people only do that for project that doesn't required 15k for process application.

actually i'm aiming two projects, if here took my 30k for several months, in case the other project called me up for down payment? i don't have so many 30k leh shocking.gif

Can I change my mind if there is no idea unit for me to choose? means everything approved, and I go to the office with my cheque ready, and I demand to check the unit first, and no suitable unit for me, and i just walk out the office?

Thx for your images. From the image can see three new roads, 1 is from lebuhraya seremban, another is from lebuh sungai besi and the last 1 to sri petaling, so mean that we got more choice to enter taman naga emas once the mrt complete or the new road done.

Indeed its true, facing KLCC and Bukit Jalil got sold out faster than facing pool...
Most of the buyers prefer nice view...
