I just received their email. They mentioned I need to submit a list of documents to the developer (which I had already submitted to DBKL in December  ). Nevertheless, I will be submitting to the developer and hopefully I get the offer letter.

2%= 6k

Luckily managed to pay 10% for booking, just went back from the office just now for unit selection...phew...
Next: To apply loan, that should be easy...

no bro, 3.2 + 2 = 5.2k... but the loan agreement legal fees they charge me 4.7k first then will rebate back 1.5 to 1.8k later as the banker told me..

Buyer is the one who finally determines which lawyer to use but I see in RHB bank case they are making us purchaser to change to their banker's lawyer.

I asked my banker friend, one of the way is we can ask for the legal fees quote from the law firm to help us make a better financial decision. Having said that, there is a chance the banker will rebuke you and persuade you to use their own banker instead.

Guys, when a bank gave the loan offer, how long the offer will last? In my case, i got offer from mbsb last week but the rate is quite high (5.45% for 100% loan). I want to wait for 2 other banks but the person from mbsb insist me to hurry sign the loan offer.I'm scared that i will lose the offer with mbsb while i still haven't secure other loan. What should i do?

This guy works fast when I apply for 90% loan, less than a week.
My stupid mistake was not apply 100% loan at that time. or else, i would already go with RHB.
I reapply 100% with him, but not sure he can make it in time before i need to sign with mbsb next tuesday.

Pbb also calling me twice asking me if i got loan or not.. huhu

yes.. they also provide 100% loan, but i think only for your first home

market is ok.. people still need buying house.. house become more expensive every year.

grats bro.. u signed the SnP and Loan agreement and stuffs? the completion is either the end of 2018 or early or 2016 as mentioned in the brochure and website... but still , its better to ask the developer... lets see if anyone can confirm this later

i do saw the project site always have light and smoke every night after finished work.. i live nearby only (4 or 5 mins walking distance)

I think it will be on Dec 2018, but will receive key on Jan 2019 perhaps...
