looks like the 1st phase ending in Serdang will be somewhere around Taman Universiti Indah area. Hopefully it can be extended to Equine Park area as I am vested there!

i read an old report by SPDA that putrajaya , serdang and selayang really need mrt.

MRT2 have 11K

MRT1 and LRT only 10K

damansara damai, serdang , selayang, kampong cheras baru, alam damai = poor areas therefore need mrt. putrajaya is govt center = need mrt la.

KL north region will be boosted with so many new large scale megaprojects such as Batu Kentomen, Tan Chong's Segambut, KL Metropolis, The Gateway EkoSetapak projects, Sentul redevelopments, Titiwangsa redevelopments, etc

KL south region too will be boosted with so many new large scale megaprojects such as Bandar Malaysia (Sg Besi), Cochrane Urban and private projects such as Mines Wellness City and Datum Medini Kg Pandan.

yes, i believe that. thats why mahsing bought that land for 300 psf~!!!!!!
not only sungai buloh, sentul, ampang, pandan, cheras also consist 2 lines or even more.

maybe our government feel that pj subang people are rich enough, and spend the budget for KL north, east and south.
