Confirmed those are new vouchers that CAN be used for Groceries.

Now if you reload :

RM200, they will give you RM20 x 1 pc instead of RM10x2pcs,
RM500 - RM50x1pc,
RM1000 - Rm100x1pc.

So if you want loose ones, just split your transactions to RM100 each

Oh no, it means it is the same if I redeem my points for vouchers. I prefer loose pieces, so that I don't need to spend so much at once.

Got the refund, sequence:
- talked to the chief of casher Sam Groceria Encorp Mall, get a report for the failed transactions
- filed a report to TnG Bangsar South, present the failed transactions report

Sam's reversed the payment > TnG > refund me

of course they are more happy if they can get more money from you (if >rm1.5k). you are paying in advance to your tng card before you utilise it.

it's bnm's rules for e-money, of which tng credit is categorized as e-money.

What does TNG benefit from our payment in advance? Invest? Place in FD for interest?

any payment received in advance for any company is always good for the company cash flow. and they could borrow less and save up a lot from interest.

I see. So it's likewise to us as customer, advance payment shall benefit us in some form (Eg top up using cc for rebate) else no point to do advance payment. So win-win for us & TNG..
