Went to Intermark's Jaya Grocery yesterday and Jaya 33's Jaya Grocery, both said TNG system down since 2 days ago, does it happens to all Jaya Grocery's outlets now?

Sam Groceria at NU Sentral got parking rebate like Jaya Grocery?

At NU Sentral's Sam now, cannot use TnG to pay TM bill, the lady manager explained the system will be freeze.

Yesterday tried pay tm bill at The Strand's Sams, borh tng and cimb cc cannot go thru.
Sams deducted rm550 from my tng, went to KL Sentral's tng hub but the cs Hafizz dont know what he should do, let me signed a form and told me this issue might takes time.

Yup, Sams printed the transaction report from back office proven the transactions were not success, however the report does not indicate my card details.
I guess the only way to argue this is use the time stamp to tally both.
Still waiting reply from tng and hopefully there is no dispute about this.

Guys, need help for your advise how to get refund:
Been Sam's Groceria Encorp Mall by 10th Jan using TnG pay TMNet, tried twice and both not success.

Filed report at TnG hub by 11th Jan, the goddamn coMpany never call me and concluded that it is not their problem, closed the file without informed till I called them today.

According to the customer service Azmi(over the phone), the amount still withheld by Sam's Groceria, does this sounds legit?

Planning to make appointment with Sam's Groceria Encorp Mall branch manager by tomorrow, worry that he will be challenge me present document proven that the amount is withheld by them, any other way I can backup myself aside waiting the black and white confirmation from TnG?(God know when they going to reply my email, DUH!)

No more allow to use TnG to pay bill since 1st Jan, but by that time Encorp Mall havent updated with the new instruction.

Anymore input from others?

Got the refund, sequence:
- talked to the chief of casher Sam Groceria Encorp Mall, get a report for the failed transactions
- filed a report to TnG Bangsar South, present the failed transactions report

Sam's reversed the payment > TnG > refund me

Reloaded at yesterday with UOB One for myself and my mom's tng. A small petrol station but works like charm! Nearby Sutera Mall also, quite happening place.

Sams Nu Sentral not able to use credit card as offline now.

TnG quota for this branch fully sold.
Cashier told me to return by 3rd Jan.
