Managed to reload 2 TnG cards, pay 2 UniFi bills (split into 5 transactions - 3 counters) and 1 TNB bill with no hassle in Sam's Groceria, Nu Sentral. biggrin.gif

Friendly people as usual. The grumpy elderly lady was there in CS counter and I didn't want to approach her at all. Always unfriendly. biggrin.gif The staff curi2 told me a lot of customers also complained and they also scared of her. tongue.gif

Which elder lady? The Indian lady?

Came back from TnG Hub Nu Sentral. smile.gif

I prefer this new place compared to their old place in KL Sentral. Good lighting and the best thing is their operating hours have switched to 10.00 a.m. - 10.00 p.m. daily which is very good compared to previously as I only had lunch hour to catch them. laugh.gif

All the counters are equipped with PayWave terminal, I asked the friendly lady if it is ready to use, she said yes. So, next time I will use it with my AEON BiG, I didn't have it with me today. I swiped using AEON Gold.

I asked about self-kiosk machine if any improvement will be done to accept credit cards, she said they may consider to do it since in the future is about cashless like PayWave and etc.

I helped my colleagues to reload and my own reload + bought new card. All done via credit card transactions. She gave me a note pad. biggrin.gif
