I did my lining at Amazing Autoart as well in march this year. Rm400, 3-4 hours. There was a cafe a few roads away, can relax there while waiting.

On another note, I have not done my recall for compressor and condenser for my 408T. My ac works fine now, is it advisable to do the recall? Any reliable SC in KL/PJ?

I'm in the same boat. Compressor, condenser + HPFP on mine still not claimed cos my originals are working fine.

I'm of the firm believe, if it ain't broken dont fix it! Early this year did the timing chain recall. Nothing wrong with my old chain, was working fine! Now sometimes when I start,especially cold starts, I can hear chain hitting it's guide for about a second or two!

This is what I'm afraid of. If you don't mind, which SC did you go for the recall claim?

I live in Seremban,most of my recalls were done in Kajang Peugeot SC. Now Seremban has opened a SC. For timing chain recall, I did it at Seremban SC.

LOL....When I was in n Ipoh for biz back in August, I was looking for the peugeot service centre for a car issues and when I went there, it was closed for renovation....And now see you posted this in November 2020.

Hi everyone, first time posting here. Need your advice.

I have a 208, bought in February 2016. It got the recall for air conditioning in 2018. Recently, the air conditioning starts getting very hot every time the car is stationary (e.g at the traffic light, parked in a parking lot). Sometimes this even results in the engine overheating and I’m given a warning to turn off the engine.

Another issue that I have had recently is I have a weird sound coming out of my left front tyres. They were unfortunately replaced with the wrong size of tyres (205/55/16 instead of 195/55/16) but I didn’t have this issue until very recently.

I’m not so confident of sending my car to an official SC. I’ve done some research on Renautech and looks like they’re the real deal. Do you guys think I should send my car there? Also, what do you think are the issues with my car? And lastly, do you guys know roughly how much it will all cost?

u can send your are to renautech for inspection. No worry, normally they will quote u the price and tell you what is the problem at first.
Price is more reasonable.. can installment for maybank card user (t&c la) ..

You can visit Renautech as suggested by djbcalvin. Excellent pug workshop. i recommend this shop. If they are busy,another good workshop is Bros Auto. Equally good!
