Just some update from me as it was a quite some time I didn't visit this page. I own 408 NA for four years now with mileage of 103k. I managed to claim my claim under the extended warranty for aircond problem (ie not cold) recently.

Total repair cost under warranty claim is as follows:
- Evaporator 1 unit RM1,984
- Aircond gas refill RM120
- Replace evaporator housing RM70

I lodged my complain in January 2016. It took awhile for the SC to process my claim. After few follow ups, SC finally called me to send in my car for adjuster's inspection in early June 2016. The approval process by the insurance company plus the repair took about two weeks plus.

I went to Balakong SC and you may look for En. Hafiz. Few of thier service advisors had resigned recently, a bit difficult to get through thier phone sometimes.

Yes, so far my maintenance records were on time. You can try to appeal see if successful.

Need to top up cooling gas when it started to be less cold. 😁😁

For my case, there was a leaking and it was confirmed by SC during the checking.

Weather is getting hotter, and compressor needs to work even harder, faster Kong.. lol

My car power steering is making some kinds of noise for the past few days, especially when I am making a slow turning like coming out from a parking lot or in stationary.

This morning I sent it to SC to check and the SA explained it was due to a low power steering fluid. Will monitor and hopefully it's not due to fluid leakage after the top up. 🙏🙏🙏

Hi, I'm driving NA. The Aircond is slow to cool up. Unless it takes forever to cool up, you want to get it check in case there is a leakage. This is what happened to me last year. But managed to get the cooling coil replaced under warranty.

Tried to fit the bigger Century battery into my NA but compartment only fit Din55. Any idea what other battery brand with Din bigger than 55 that could fit into NA?

1.6T is using DIn65 if not mistaken.

I have been using Century Marathoner all this while after the stock battery went dead. It can last roughly about 13 to 15 months.

Coming this October, my NA is 5 years old. If this revised 7 years manufacturing warranty not materialised by then, meaning I still need to continue sending the car back to SC for service?

The windscreen rubber lining / garnish - last time I checked with Balakong SC, cannot claim under warranty under the extended warranty period.

Hi , anyone can recommend pug body repair workshop to fix the rear damage in KL/PJ? . Need to claim third party insurance. I think SC would take longer time to fix this than outside workshop.

According to the card's terms of use at the back there. The card is being issued complimentary to the owner during the first year of ownership. Subsequent year complimentary renewal is for owners if the insurance renewal is done via Naza's Eight Valuations Sdn Bhd.
