Do you know how's the criteria is evaluated in more details manner.. Just need to learn more about the criteria for this GBI..

In other thread, I found out that the KFC NILAI SQUARE DRIVE-THRU gets a gold rating but Setia City Mall only got silver rating.. Don't understand what's the criteria that yield this kind of rating... hmm.gif

Well, that only can happen on modern countries, not a country that are on par with Africa.
Also, a book that written by speculator won't carry much credit to begin with.

You can refer to the attachment below for the detail criteria under RNC categories.

Attached File  GBI_Design_Reference_Guide___Residential_New_Construction__RNC__V3.0.pdf ( 353.48k ) Number of downloads: 34

The good scoring mark in the GBI index meaning good to environment but might not to the customers/employees/residents.....
Last time I visited the Suruhanjaya Tenaga which certified as GBI Platinum level.... The staff commented very hot working environment during initial stage...

I think shopping mall wouldn't go for highest mark with increase the Air-Cond temperature to 23 degree Celsius and above which will impact to the customer satisfaction.

Myself also have not so good experience when bought a certified GBI DSL house.... 1 of the requirement is to use the recycle materials for the construction which resulted the lower quality of the finishing....

Good news indeed. Thought Matrix not gonna build the Icon Park until much later.
This is a huge project itself.

With Icon Park, for sure will make the property in BSS much more attractive rclxms.gif rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

485,000 sq. ft is a really huge club house... You should have a decent and enjoyable time there.. rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

SEH shall have a club house which measured about 350,000 - 400,00 sqf buildup.. Consider among the biggest club house in KV, but still no where near to D'Tempat.. rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

Do you know what's the land price for BSS when Matrix purchased it? hmm.gif
