Nope, the main boss got it free by converting reserve land to private land, then sell to a proxy for rm0.10 per sqM. The land has changed hands at least 3 times shocking.gif

usually they will convert the land to private, then sell to a proxy. later says want to develop that particular area and then this proxy will sell the land at "expensive" price. Like Tiger got big lot of lands in Temiang and already set to develop that land, sadly, his son lost during GE, so no development plan for Temiang area whistling.gif

well the "tiger" guy delay the project. later the land value go even higher. can even sell house higher price. more profit rclxms.gif

Can't remember who asked whether the club house has sauna facility or not, here you go. Not only sauna room, it has a steam room as well. Actually not sure what's the difference... hehe...
