This is 1 of the key point i always emphasize that the MRT/HSR need to build to cater the high population areas... not Kampong areas....

We can't make it due to the failure of public transportation route design and bolehland attitude in execution....

I never bother on those figures, as long as the dividend yield are <10%, I don't even bother to look at it.
And their profit are declining over the years, not as much as beginning.

Profit declining? Are you sure... The land bank purchased 10 years ago..... Now the house price double / triple compared to the early phase..... Profit will be go down.....? rclxub.gif

Property and share investment can't just look on the figure.... however also can't ignore all the financial figures and based on feeling....

What does A means?
What does E means?
As said, I never bother on the E figures, as most of the time are falsified and over boasted figures. If not mistaken, 2013A are much higher than 2014A, so it means nothing.

Strong financial background is one of the key factor to evaluate the developer performance and the risk level to own the house... Yearly at least 40% profit payout (Cash rich company) means no need worry on the project abandoned issue...

Haha..... But I agree with you..... we should talk more on the BSS project instead of Matrix share performance.....
