Icon Park (Sendayan Mall) launching in December. 115 acres.... 15% bigger then 1Utama. Location opposite Metropark/Suriaman/KIPMart and near the tunnel upgrading works.

I got one unit to let go in Hijayu, new unit Castora phase. RM490k only, gated with 24hrs guard. 22x80 same size as suriaman. Ready move in condition. PM me if interested.

whatever the future price is, still cheaper then klang valley for the sizes offered.
