New area, 1st year of intake, give it some time.

I believe earlier phase owners are mostly non chinese.

That's why BSS has fulfilled all their bumi quota and all new phases has no bumi units anymore.

Yeah... waiting for BSS to become Sg Long some day. 

I am not too greedy, can become Sg Long also not bad already! 

If we have the population of Sg Long, with proper infra and good concept, how much do you think it will cost for DSL?

Hard to say Sam gor... if  things go according to plan:
- Tech valley fully operation by MNCs,
- Matrix global school gained popularity and packed with foreign & local students
- Icon park and merchant square able to invite strong brands to attract shoppers

Then with BSS's concept:
- Gated & guarded community
- Large built-up of 22 x 80 DSL, fully extended
- Adjacent to one of the most comprehensive and highest quality residential club house in Malaysia
- Also adjacent to a branded international school

I think a price tag of RM900k - RM1mil is not unreasonable.

Quite high ground, not bad to invest in, just nice township after BSS to block waste gas from Kualiti Alam and in the pipeline incinerator

Yes i agree with you 1000%, gas travels by air and not by bus,  and it can go in all directions, and how far it can go we never know.     "Wind continues to blow, don't want to leave...."  (my favorite cantonese song from Leslie Chong)

So if the gas can reach BSS, it might also pass by S2 and into Seremban town, even to Nilai and KL. Just look at the haze!  Everyone has a fair share!

Talk is cheap, people follow like sheep.
On all the heavy industries that will be shifting in to BSS, most of them are schedule waste generator. And those factories require "specialize skills" from Indon, Bangla to operate, so an international school will be needed.
If were to say foreigners that want their children to study in international schools, only European will do so, not Japs or Koreans which they prefer to come alone. As the school fees are not borne the companies, more on own pay.
There's no cruel intention to begin with, only have stupid followers that willing to trust crooked parties on their lies:w

The good scoring mark in the GBI index meaning good to environment but might not to the customers/employees/residents.....
Last time I visited the Suruhanjaya Tenaga which certified as GBI Platinum level.... The staff commented very hot working environment during initial stage...

I think shopping mall wouldn't go for highest mark with increase the Air-Cond temperature to 23 degree Celsius and above which will impact to the customer satisfaction.

Myself also have not so good experience when bought a certified GBI DSL house.... 1 of the requirement is to use the recycle materials for the construction which resulted the lower quality of the finishing....
