Good luck with that... Back in late 80s to ealry 90s, TW ppl did invest alot in Senawang/ TTJ Industry area but... They fled on 1997 onwards.
Hua Loong(now Recron) textile industry(華隆紡織) is 1 of the famous sudden withdrawal case in Nilai area.

Risk is everywhere, business risk is not exempted. But if you are "afraid of ghost in front of the boat and afraid of thieves behind the boat", then no need to do anything loh.

Hi just bump into this wonderful thread. I just came back from BSS and wanted to buy a house at suriaman. But kind of worried because just read through some other negative thread about BSS eg Kualiti Alam. Because I intended to stay for own with my kid and family so a bit concerned. Can someone please enlighten me? Sorry if its out of topic

You must be rather young, or lack of exposure.

Taiwanese are known to be more ethical business counterparts compare to the mainland Chinese. I am not speaking without basis (you know how i hate people always speak without basis), I have personally studied in Taiwan and done business with both Taiwanese and mainland Chinese.

No business is bullet proof , USA suffered the great depression in the 1930s, then IT bubble in 2002, then Subprime crisis in 2009. I was in US that time, do you know what actually happened there?

European countries have been non performing for the past 15 years. Few more countries are at the verge of bankruptcy.

But business is business, like what President Deng Xiao Ping famous quote said, "It doesn't matter if a cat is black or white, so long as it catches mice."

So who cares if they are Taiwanese or Chinese, Japanese or westerners, as long as they bring lot of money to Malaysia and make BSS prosper (still aiming RM1mil DST ), I welcome them with open arms.

BSS has great potential to be the Damansara of NS, it is a very comfortable place to live and raise family. All types of schools are there. People are bashing the place for other agendas, and most of the allegations were without basis.

There are some forumers that lived in Sendayan area for more than 20 years and they have not heard or experience any health issue themselves.

As I go through comments by previous forumer from this thread, it seem not a big issues as long as proper prevention and good control take at place. However, what i worried is about suriaman project quite near to TNB electric station and tower and not sure whether it will bring healthy issues to future nearby residents or not. By the way bro, which phase of suriaman you interested? How about the price and attractive packages now?

with this new hospital in BSS, it will not only benefit residence in SENDAYAN but also the residence in Seremban west since most of the hospitals in Seremban are located in the town area.

Good news for BSS
Seremban area needs the hospital badly as the current one I heard cannot handle the increasing patient population...

And it's additional choice for residents
