That's a very vague question?

Wired or wifi?
Ping location? locally? Singapore?
Fibre or copper?

But, in general, anything under 30ms ping is considered 'good'. I have seen people with better. I have seen people with worse. And this is just a ping locally to a server somewhere in Malaysia.

Try to get dual band router with AC capability.
Do remember TM has plan to upgrade further next year (100Mbps).

Guys, I just change from 10mb to 30mb today. But weird is when using wifi, I get the maximum speed only up to 20mb. But when using LAN connection, I get full 30mb speed. My router is using dlink dir-615... Anyone happen to have the same problem  as mine?

I have 4 questions...especially for those new installation. Hope u guys can help me

1. How to change DNS using tm router RG4332? I have gone through all the settings but cannot find where to change DNS. I even research through google but still cannot find it. It seems TM hide the settings. I bought spare asus rtn14uhp but would like to solve it using RG4332 first.

2. Im on 30Mbps package but my download speed wired never reach 20Mbps even on off peak time. 12am..3am...6am. Anyone having the same problem? Is this normal? When recently installed on monday technician show me the speed reached 30Mbps using his laptop but i never reached it.

3.My hypptv stb huawei ec6108v8 having some error connecting to audio system using hdmi cable. Basically no audio. Does anyone have the same problem?

4. Hypptv everywhere...cannot watch it Playback Error. R u guys having the same problem?

1. You'll have to login using operator account on your router to change it,

The steps should be the same as http://akuadi.org/life/unifi-update-dns-on-router-trg212m/

2. You should make a complain regarding this

Im able to log in...thats not the problem. the problem is where to change the DNS. There's no WAN option. I think this only effect to those with new RG4332. I even tried to set up new connection but there's no place to put manually DNS.
