anyone else using unifi 30mbps ? what kinda of speeds are you seeing when torrent :/ ?
for me i notice foreign sources, but the speed will only max out at tops 2MB/s rather than 3.75 MB/s
thats roughly 60 ish% of total download speed for 30mbps for international sources :{
is anyone getting a different result ? Not sure if i should complain to tmnut ..... (they normally only bother about local speed -.-; )
so effectively i'm only just getting a little bit more than 1.2MB/s from my previous 10mbps, but upload down from 10mbps to 5mbps.
from my logs for 1 torrent download you can see precisely where my download maxes out. i even conveniently highlighted it in a red box

I also checked my tixati torrent client to see what countries the peers were from. none of them were locally malaysian or singaporean. so truly international peers
torrent is well seeded, so i doubt that is the issue
other than torrent speed issue, my second issue is with gaming latency. normally i'd get 200ms-230ms to the US which was fine for me. but lately it's been quite slow, 300ms+ spiking up to 1k ms..... this is very unplayable in Diablo 3, as in worse case i'm usually lagging 20 seconds behind whats actually happening in game. So you can imagine how bad that is while doing grift 63s..... i just could not keep up with the group cause i kept dying because i could not see what was going on in real time X_X:
this latency issue tends to occur sometime around late evening... it gets pronounced around this period
from my own real world testing, youtubr 1080p @ 60 fps video takes little time to cache, and play. doesn't stutter while waiting on loading more content in cache, so it plays smoothly. even when fast forward timeline it caches in the same quick amount of time by few seconds only. This is definitely better than before on 10mbps where using the same quality settings, it would stutter because the download could not keep up to keep a smooth viewing experience.
as such for youtube i don't have an issue
haven't tested for 4k reso netflix :/ but i don't have 4k monitor so .... lel
How much u paying for it ? Did you take jumbo pack ? Did they offer you TM to TM free calls?for me i notice foreign sources, but the speed will only max out at tops 2MB/s rather than 3.75 MB/s
