For sea freight
Is there extra charges if parcel exceed 120cm like air freight?
For example, if my parcel size 126*15*14 actual weight 1kg.
Total cost would be rm40 for free volumetric option?



For air freight
Also, trying to understand the free volumetric weight for air freight.
For parcel size 126*15*14 actual weight 1kg. If i pick this option, with the extra charges exceed 120cm
Rm21 + rm50 = rm71?

Used consolidate instead since less than 0.5kg

Sometimes direct mail is quoted cheaper (determined by the system) than 3rd party forwarder
Be sure to compare before checkout

why does the 30 day warehouse countdown start from day order placed.?? and not from day item arrive in warehouse ? weird

one order no update local china tracking since 23rd, was suppose to arrive consolidate warehouse on 25th. maybe parcel go missing ? First time kena this issue.....anyone know what to do next ??

So I’m trying taobao’s own forwarding service based on weight (my items are really light). Direct shipping charg was a bit ridiculous when it’s only around 100g

I noticed one of them parcel already arrived.
Where’s the consolidate option, or that option would eventually show up later?
