Hi all, is it normal for item to hang on "businesses are courier companies embrace the pieces notification" for two days? I'v checked yuantong tracker but it won't recognize my waybill. Also shop was banned a day after purchasment. Maybe I need to make refund because i buyed item in a fake shop(item is a fake philipp plein shoes)?

p.s.: sorry for my english, i'm from Ukraine:)

OK now i ask for refund,
seller ask me ship back the item (actually seller sent me a bunch of card board and paper).
I already apply taobao middle man intervention.

Seller summore claimed i am international cheater.. haha..

Seller said they did send product to me, but i purposely change the product to paper and cardboard.
Totally nonsense.
i spend almost RMB200.

I did before buy items like remote containing batteries (coin ones)
And they passed thru the shipping nicely with tgds

basically refund process is that you apply refund, if seller agreed, seller will refund directly.
If they refused then you can applied "public" intervention or "taobao" intervention.

public intervention = let public to judge and decide, but you need 95% vote from public (faster)
taobao intervention = taobao will investigate, 4-6 days feedback.

both above u have to submit proof, photos etc.

With the shop already banned, it's better to just claim refund at this point
All the more reason to buy item only from reputable sellers after this

public intervention normally is taobao user i assume.

i hope i don't get such cases, i really dunno chinese and how to proceed

i need some help in refunding , i made a mistake and ordered a large item which is 160cm in total size , the warehouse rejected it

i've requested a refund and seller agrees but the problem is i don't know how to resend back the item from the global shipping warehouse to the seller, even the seller can't contact the warehouse to get the items

anyone have any experience in refunding an item? thanks

normally when this happened, you just click the refund button. then the warehouse will process. no need to do anything.

If the item already shipped out, or arrived at warehouse, then u have to ask warehouse to ship the item back to seller,
and then seller only refund for u.

So the shipping cost maybe more expensive than ur item.
How much is it?

There is a button in consolidate page that u can ship back to seller. but need address.

Item rejected at warehouse, I have contacted coe shipping but they said to contact seller, refund was approved but I don't know how to send it back, refund period is over since i've not sent it back, but I do have 3 more days to confirm purchase or to proceed with refund again

Price of item is about 150Rmb weight is about 15kg
