Just want to ask what does "包邮" means? I notice some sellers offer this but
when I make an order, they say I need to pay for postage.

any idea how to purchase the item in bulk and at the cheaper price than published?? planning to bulk purchase certain items.. and have not tried using taobao at all... not sure on it and if will have any kastam issue.. anyone can share? tq

i need some help in refunding , i made a mistake and ordered a large item which is 160cm in total size , the warehouse rejected it

i've requested a refund and seller agrees but the problem is i don't know how to resend back the item from the global shipping warehouse to the seller, even the seller can't contact the warehouse to get the items

anyone have any experience in refunding an item? thanks

I think you need to verify your alipay 支付宝 account, so that the money can be refund to your account.

Just checked my settings in the 支付宝 it shows 已绑定支付宝账户: <Phone-No>

i was using DEX/ABX, ok  for me but others got parcels stuck at subang

Reached Subang Hub (LOGSHEET-) on Saturday (04/06/2016), until now still haven't reached my local hub.
Used abx a few times before, usually it'll be transferred and reach my local town hub within 1 day.

Called my local town abx yesterday, they say haven't reached yet and can't do anything.
Called again just now, asked them to check the local warehouse, same thing not reached yet. Then I called the abx hotline, told me currently processing, why need so many days to process? After calling the info become "Shipment on tracing"
