Can I ask is headlight bulb like H4, H7 bulb considered as sensitive item? Trying to bring in few but the shipping method (TGDS and Consolidate) is greyed out not available.

if you try few different seller and still greyed out...then no choice, need use agent to order (search the services board). normal H4/H7 bulb must be same price in parts shop here, unless you mean HID set..them much cheaper in Taobao.

Currently my personal agent (student based student in UTAR) offers me Rm12 per kg for non sensitive goods and Rm12 for sensitive goods with a one off batch payment of Rm26 while using SkyNet as the forwarding agent.. may i know how is this possible? If anyway, i would like to order by myself because i would save a lot from agent fees of 10%.. my order is usually Rm1k, (mostly sensitive goods such as Lipo batteries).. if any sifu can help, sincere thanks from me here ya!

RMB32 is not per kg calculation. I am not too sure how the system calculates it but at check out (before you pay) the shipping rate will be calculated, most of the time it's 32, sometimes 54, most recently mine is 72 for a large controller (huge box)

Basically: Global Direct Shipping does not have a first kg or per kg rule, it is mostly calculated by the system as they see fit. Global Direct Shipping is also handled mostly by Skynet.

My guesses would be:
1) Agents charge 12/kg, but in reality it might be 10/kg - part of their commission (I don't blame them, their job is super tough and not worth the time and money)
2) Taobao has made deals with courier companies to lower rates to ship direct to SEA to increase appeal to customers. <-- This is a more likely scenario than the first.

Just had my first really bad experience with Taobao global shipping.

Bought few car charger from Xiaomi and at first told me no one want to accept. It was strange because I bought cables too from others and accepted without problem. So attempt another delivery and was told no one want to chop the package. Ask me to do refund. When I contact Taobao, the customer service told me charger is prohibited. I even pulled the prohibited item page which didn't list charger as prohibited and my previous successful order of multiple port charger.

I think better stay with 4px. Before this I did have a missing bag with Taobao global too. I think maybe I haven't purchased in a long time that I forgotten about it. Better not deal with Taobao direct shipping.

4px tak boleh also lah I think, tried to buy lithium batteries by using 4px last week, ended up kena reject when it reached their warehouse. Had to refund also, so I used 65daigou instead. They have sensitive air and sea shipping for those prohibited items.

Batteries is prohibited lah... First time using Taobao? I bought car charger, no batteries inside. I also bought few charger like those multi port charger and stand charger before which were deliver successfully.
