Hi guys / gals
i need some help in refunding , i made a mistake and ordered a large item which is 160cm in total size , the warehouse rejected it i've requested a refund and seller agrees but the problem is i don't know how to resend back the item from the global shipping warehouse to the seller, even the seller can't contact the warehouse to get the items anyone have any experience in refunding an item? thanks  |
