Anyone have encounter item that recieved is spoil due to bad packing and try to contact seller for replacement?

guys, how to know ABX shipping tracking number once the parcel reach Malaysia from China? I am using consolidated shipping method and chose DEX/ABX, from Taobao website it written already reach Malaysia and pending to deliver to me. TIA.
