My taobao by Air stuck since 6/5/2020 "console inbound scanned" until now no movement at all...tracking start with CNMY..... hopefully it is not missing?? all local courier website can't track anything at all.

The taobao by Sea ordered in April during MCO, arrived 2 weeks after and delivered by ABX.
Whereas this time i wanna receive it fast so used Air and it stuck longer then Sea...what the hell....

Yep starts with CNMYG ordered end of April, reached Malaysia on early May until now no update...status remains "Inbound..." next step should be "custom clearance" but no update....already contact Gdex waiting for reply. I doubt they will reply anything as they havent pick up yet....

Claim refund to who? taobao? Items reached Malaysia but missing somewhere...

still no update....Gdex said not in their system...of coz no in the system la coz they never pick up...!

Thanks for the explanation...looks like can't already....
this is sucks....i bought so many times from taobao dont have any problem before...how come this time!!
the parcel is at malaysia just lost somewhere!!! urgh!!! now i keep on spamming Gdex page hopefully got hope....

The parcel is SUPPOSE to be collected by Gdex. Is Gdex responsibly to collect the parcel. And the parcel is at custom I DON'T have any contact info on it.

Think is after 25 business days to west Malaysia will considered as lost. Even the so clear FAQs don't want to read and continue to spam the incorrect party. You claim refund from seller for what? This is not the fault of the seller. This is the fault of TAOBAO INTEGRATED LOGISTIC. Even at the end so call GDEX lost your parcel, the party that compensate you is TAOBAO INTEGRATED LOGISTIC, not gdex.

I ALREADY CONTACTED TAOBAO INTEGRATED LOGISTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE they said to check with LOCAL COURIER as the parcel already at MALAYSIA.
