My taobao by Air stuck since 6/5/2020 "console inbound scanned" until now no movement at all...tracking start with CNMY..... hopefully it is not missing?? all local courier website can't track anything at all.

The taobao by Sea ordered in April during MCO, arrived 2 weeks after and delivered by ABX.
Whereas this time i wanna receive it fast so used Air and it stuck longer then Sea...what the hell....

Tracking numbers starts with CNMYG?
If it's correct, 3 weeks is the tops for GDex to deliver items, check with GDex helpline

If nothing helps, just submit for refund for lost item

Any update on your parcel? Have you called GDex helpline?
If still no, submit refund je lah

3. Choose "快递一直未送到"


4. In the box below just say your parcel is lost then submit

Hopefully you are still within the 30 days window of submitting for refund request. If not, not only your parcel is lost, your refund is also lost

You spamming gdex for what? If you are seller, and you send goods to me via poslaju. But if you haven't handover the goods to poslaju and I everyday go to spamming poslaju what will be? Your refund request to seller will be rejected because is not seller fault. You need to claim against tb integrated forwarder.  S***d to the max

Yes you are right. Inside your dream is "SUPPOSE to be collected by gdex". Do continue to spam gdex and dream long long. "continue to do the same thing over and over again and expecting different result". This is your current scenario.

You need to contact TAOBAO INTEGRATED LOGISTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE which is operating 9 am - 9 pm everyday. In you case, probably can claim for full compensation of your item cost & refund of shipping cost.  Maximum amount is RMB2000. I cant recall the timeline. Think is after 25 business days to west Malaysia will considered as lost. Even the so clear FAQs don't want to read and continue to spam the incorrect party. You claim refund from seller for what? This is not the fault of the seller. This is the fault of TAOBAO INTEGRATED LOGISTIC. Even at the end so call GDEX lost your parcel, the party that compensate you is TAOBAO INTEGRATED LOGISTIC, not gdex.
