I am planning to buy storage box those big size storage box like 280 liter anyone know can ship or not ? Have no experience buying from taobao first try. I got voucher but cant use dunno why

Just use Chrome on your laptop/desktop and click the pop-up translate to English.

If you are new user, first time using APP should give you red money, and nope, nothing on WEB as only app can verify your phone device id, also in Chinese la.

Also sadly the Tmall shop is closed down, so one less red money for MY new user.

If you using Huawei phone, then just whole screen translate the app to get red money, then go to WEB for whole page translate, add to cart, place order using APP to use the red money.

After you familiar with APP by using translate, just memorize the choice of Global shipping options in APP, then just Taobao la.
The bottom third one is the cart.

Recheck the tracking id using Gdex, Skynet, Poslaju etc

If nothing, then it is not coming out from local warehouse yet.

Same as mine. Stucked since 9th May with the same tracking status. There's nothing you can do except to wait for GDex to pick it up. I tried contacting both sides for info, Taobao said it was picked up by the local courier which is normally GDex and GDex said no record in the system since they didn't pick up the parcel. Had the same condition numerous time but this time takes longer.

Guess what, GDex finally pick it up this morning.

Yes, normally take 2-4 days for Revpay to refund the money.

Oh dear. Mine also same, but mine is since 9th May console inbound scanned so I guess I have to wait even longer than you. It still has not moved to GDEX tracking yet.

Hi, im still noob when comes to taobao but managed to register an account, and find some items i need and added to cart. Here comes the confusing part. I dont understand chinese so im using google chrome. Which is cheapest option for me? Using a warehouse in guangdong? Then ship all from there to my place? Can i do all this by myself or better to use a agent in lowyat? My items all less than 100 ringgit, small items anyways, electronic parts.

i would suggest to use 3rd party forwarder. less headache as sometimes taobao will not ship certainelectronics. ive been using myeasy86 with no issue.cheap and good.yeslogistic also quite ok especially for sensitive item like battery

If they allow you to buy use taobao consolidated is cheaper. If the item cannot buy then need agent. Now seems back to normal for air. (via agent)
