Taobao Global Direct Shipping - experiences?, The good and the bad

Chill bro, China holiday from 1st till 6th May. If you using warehouse is not fully direct shipment. It's combined shipment since your parcel goes into warehouse. 1. Combined flight shipment usually 7-14 days. Cargo flight 2. Economic sea ship 10-21 days. Cargo ship 3. Direct shipment from seller to buyer 3 days-7 days. Commercial flight |

not sure if it's myself facing this issue...
i tried to use direct shipping / air freight for many stuff such as clothes / toys, even tried one per order but these options not available anymore
only left with sea freight and contact seller options...
how come ?

I used consolidation air shipment taobao and it’s stuck at custom cleared since 30th April. Is anyone experiencing the same situation? I don’t even know who to contact about my parcel.

So, you need to wait for them to make flight arrangements for your parcel. |

I also encountered this before. My guess is maybe the stuff I want to order has highly flammable chemical or paint on them.  Or maybe Taobao wants to force me to use its sea shipping service which has a ridiculous volumetric fee charges.  |

The other parcal of mine that's using sea ship has already updated to the delivery facilities, whereas my air shipment parcel has been stuck at the "custom clearance" since 30th April till now. |
