CNY got discount direct shipping or not this year ?

What should i do ? Shouls i wait for update? when there no update since 17/01 , its taobao direct shipping. If contact shipping company only have contact number in app, which is gona be expensive. Oversea calls. Is there a cheaper way to contact them? Or other option from you guys?

Use Google translate on this page to see Malaysia section then choose (1st box is Sea, 2nd box is Air)
But you will need to off the Google Translate at this point as some stuff doesn't get shown. And use another Internet window (firefox or chrome) for the translation as these staff don't know English. You might also have to use your smartphone(for the capture image function in Google Translate) at certain times because not every text can be highlighted.

If you want to contact the seller in your smart phone(taobao app) instead,
From the message(bubble text) icon, one of them should be the seller, select it and you can type a message into the bar (at the bottom).
Screenshot anything you don't understand. Use Google Translate to translate the screenshot(camera icon > picture icon to go into your saved screenshots) as the text cannot be highlighted, then reverse the translation(Chinese to English function) function to translate you messages to Chinese.
Copy the translation, go to the taobao app and paste the translated message (paste function appears as you tap on the message bar)

Guys anyone here come across this kind of problem where taobao update stuck at the highlighted line in below image, but when ask customer service said that parcel already pass customs and currently shipping to malaysia ( i use sea shipping therefore my parcel already in the ship sailing to malaysia now as per CS reply). Shouldn't taobao update the status when the parcel pass customs before the parcel go for sea shipping cause i saw many other who post their parcel status had those line when parcel goes for customs clearance and passed clearance.

It takes days for them to update when it ships from warehouse to overseas.

Relax, it's quite normal for sea shipping.

My experiences so far

1) 1month delivery period is no longer a surprise to me. There are some that arrives as early as 2 weeks some takes about a month
2) packaging quality varies from seller to seller but so far so good no broken items or anything
3) parcel tracking is close to pointless just wait for it to sampai Malaysia then can track accurately

I do have this kind of problem when checking my parcel status whereby my old parcel and new parcel status cant show, sometimes refresh the webpage seems to recover the new and older info...

how do i track my item once it reaches malaysia?

i understand using DEX-i i can track my package that is in transit to malaysia however once it reaches our local courier how do i track it? which tracking number do i use? who are our local courier? i had seen GDEX, and my last package was delivered by DHL.

Can anyone help me how to track parcel that already arrived in malaysia ? (According to taobao logistics details )

I try to check by airwaybill provided but no record . I also had contact taobao customer service and ask about the shipping , they said the shipping company is ABX, I already track it with the airbill number also no record.

My bad, I just misread it . Thank you , if it’s departed on 23/1 . how long it’s usually takes to arrived . Tomorrow will be a week after the shipping been made .

usually 5-6 day reach malaysia port ,customs declare 2-3 working day , i think your parcel should be wait after cny

CNMYG for my case uses Gdex and Gdex will always sms me to inform me the rider is on the way to deliver my item.

yes , need to wait the parcel after customs declare ,then hand over to gdex , then only can tracking at gdex website , or you can tracking here
