You are living in your own imaginary world or very ignorant. From the first day of sea package (sea parcel or or in mandarin 海运小包） in KGs that delivery from China to Malaysia, all are using actual weight or volumetric weight whichever is higher.

As the competition is getting fierce, there are agents (at least i saw 2 agents) started to use the actual weight only for small parcel. However, the per unit cost is higher than the usual volumetric weight sea parcel agent.

sum forwarders r fairer in dat they use actual+volumetric/2

Then perhaps you need to improve your English. Sea freight is shipment from china to Malaysia by sea ship. The one that you mention Prouter (air) 4px (air) Lazada (sea and air shipment). I am speechless. Again, it proved that you are super ignorant. No point to help you. Can’t even differentiate between air shipment and sea shipment.

Is it normal for my item to still be 'intransit to destination' since 3 days ago? Using air shipping via dex-i and DHL btw. Already contacted logistics and customer service but they just said to wait. But, most of the experiences using air shipping takes 2-3 days so just wondering why mine is taking so long....

seriously, is this normal??
