Guys anyone here come across this kind of problem where taobao update stuck at the highlighted line in below image, but when ask customer service said that parcel already pass customs and currently shipping to malaysia ( i use sea shipping therefore my parcel already in the ship sailing to malaysia now as per CS reply). Shouldn't taobao update the status when the parcel pass customs before the parcel go for sea shipping cause i saw many other who post their parcel status had those line when parcel goes for customs clearance and passed clearance.

I do have this kind of problem when checking my parcel status whereby my old parcel and new parcel status cant show, sometimes refresh the webpage seems to recover the new and older info...
