chatted with the seller, and refused a refund. So escalated to TB system and right away they side me and issue refund. pheww

logsheet mean , abx hub received you parcel ,wait arrange route to you location abx branch station ,if really wait so long ,better make a call n ask them .

Hi I’ve arranged my shopping from taobao to Malaysia since 22/1. I just checked with the taobao customer service they say my parcel contained sensitive items that’s why they sent it back to custom again.

But all I bought is some clothes, hair tie and cheongsam.
Now it’s stuck there since 27th, any idea what can I do to expedite it? 😭

Yesterday I received my parcel. The guy who send the parcel told me that they send to my area once per week only. (My address is kuala lipis, pahang. consider minor area according to area distribution by abx)

BTW, I checked the tracking status again today on ABX webside, still “logsheet”...... Looks like they didn't always update the tracking status.

just received my parcel ( sea ) today, left port on 23rd Jan, delivered by skynet (KL) 1st Feb

taobao weight calculation is a total letdown, the parcel wrapped tightly in a black garbage bag, dimensional weight is only 2.3xkg after i give extra cm on all 3 sides.

but before i pay, the calculated weight done by taobao is 5.xx kg round up to 6kg in total.

That is a huge rip off!

1st time try buy frm taobao direct. Going back to use agents.

Can I ask which agents you used?

oh ya, same time will update slow .bcoz near cny , high demand for all courier service , especially from taobao parcel .

please anyone can help me... still no update till today

Hi guys, is granite illegal to ship under taobao sea freight?

I bought granite kitchen sink and the consolidation cargo rejected the item and seller issued a refund. tried with another seller, same.

so i wonder if there's third party company that can do shipment for such product.

Have you tried to communicate with them via Google translate to get the answers? Normally they(sellers) would know especially after the return.

i did. first order that gets rejected, i contacted cai niao, they said because in 1 order, I bought 2 items and the seller shipped separately, got 2 tracking number. so they rejected it.

so the next order, i placed 2 orders, each order with 1 item. reject again. and cai niao told me because granite sink is illegal to ship overseas.

they gave me different answers every time...

I had similar experience before with marble top furniture. The warehouse refused to accept saying it is fragile. Talked to them many times even with the picture of proper (wood) packaging sent by seller, no success. In the end arrange refund with the seller.

Looks like you are using consolidation shipping service, you will have to go the another page in taobao to ship out your item to malaysia.

actually, for direct shipping just have lex , dexi , normally we use other forwarder shipping
