which agent/website has lower sensitive fees?, my item cost is 75 only, to ship need pay 25+ senstive fees + 15/kg

Can't use taobao's sea shipping? If you not urgently need the item.
Sometime I buy electronic power modules (boost/buck/SMPS) can't ship by air but use sea shipping no problem.

cant pick any ship method, say got restriction on item ship overseas.

Some 3rd party forwarder has sea shipping option which is a lot cheaper. RM3.55 / 500g. Need to wait 1 month tho.

Guys, need some help here. Using official sea shipping.

I ordered a furniture containing marble surface, and the guangzhou warehouse refused to accept this order for the reason of 'fragile'.

Checked and confirmed with Cs that this is not export restricted items.
Anything I can do to bring this thing back apart from refund? My location is east malaysia.

dont think can do anything, unless there are 3rd part forwarder willing to ship for you

Hey guys. I placed an order on Taobao in December and my item still hasn’t arrived. The tracking page isn’t being updated and it says to contact the courier company. I have found out that my courier company is Dex-I but I don’t see a contact number there. I tried emailing them a few days ago but they still have not responded. My previous taobao orders went smoothly. First time experiencing such delays. Does anyone know who dex-i’s courier partner is in Malaysia? Or anyone experienced a similar case? Who should I contact?

China local SF courier tracking says the my package has reached the taobao warehouse.
However taobao warehouse says it did not receive it.
Have already alerted the seller.
Anyone faced this before ? Not sure what to do next.

ok i ordered:
1 item from taobao on 2/1/19 using official air shipping. 3/1/19 arrived at warehouse, 4/1/19 shipped internationally. till now still stuck at custom

1 item from shoppe china seller on 3/1/19. item arrive safely today.

conclusion:
shopee win. both item <1kg. shopee only charge shipping rm5 for most less 5kg item and so far all my order its seems like they r using air shipping.
if u can find ur item in shopee, better buy from there. price not mucy different from taobao too
