Using direct shipping. My shipping status is now 【国际】送关 but 国际配送单号：is empty. Anyone knows how long it takes for that field to be updated ?

Guys, there's no updates to my parcel since tuesday. The last update was custom clearance completed in china. Usually the package would arrive to Malaysia the next day. Who should i contact to check on this ? This is direct air shipment.

China local SF courier tracking says the my package has reached the taobao warehouse.
However taobao warehouse says it did not receive it. Have already alerted the seller. Anyone faced this before ? Not sure what to do next. The taobao tracking is stuck at 【大陆】您的包裹已到达集运仓。 There is no 【大陆】您的包裹已由中通集运仓库签收. |

I noticed that taobao has moved or has a new warehouse in Hangzhou for parcel consolidations for shipping. Previously all my parcels would be consolidated at Guangzhou.
First impressions the sign in of parcels are quicker than Guangzhou. |

My air shipped items are also stuck in customs clearing process for the past few days. Hopefully it'll be cleared soon.
