Hey guys. I placed an order on Taobao in December and my item still hasn’t arrived. The tracking page isn’t being updated and it says to contact the courier company. I have found out that my courier company is Dex-I but I don’t see a contact number there. I tried emailing them a few days ago but they still have not responded. My previous taobao orders went smoothly. First time experiencing such delays. Does anyone know who dex-i’s courier partner is in Malaysia? Or anyone experienced a similar case? Who should I contact?
