hi if im buying some machinery that weight 50kg 2mx2m which courier should i use

When I try to login taobao, it says it sends sms verification code to me. But I don't receive any sms. What's wrong?
I'm using Celcom.

Try re-send multiple times but fail.

Anyone facing this problem?

Anyone can tell me what is my package status? On the ship or still in China?

Normally refund will take few day or one week. U can click in to review when the estimated date the receive the refund..

sea shipping =be patient is the key ...(need 3 /4 weeks to reach your home )
=you do not need to contact the shipping company( you can check it yourself)
=you only allow to track your item only once per day( more tracking more headache )
= do not worry if your parcel stop by Malaysia customs.( they will send you letter to let your know the duty fees)

I'd say they're great with their prime shipping for really heavy/huge items with really cheap shipping fee. Because no other forwarder can offer the same thing like ezbuy does yet.

Seller has sent wrong item and agree to resent me a new one with the correct item. However, since the new package has a new tracking number and it's not recorded in n the taobao system.

How can I do consolidation?

Based on taobao faq, I need to contact the consolidation service for help once item reaches the warehouse.

Hi all, last week I used ZTO for consolidated shipping and noticed that all the items they weighted are exact to the closest hundred grams, eg 100g, 200g 300g, 400g....etc.

When I received my items I weigh them and found that the actual weigh is much lighter, eg 60g, 150g, 260g, 350g...etc.

I now have another batch of items waiting to be consolidated and they all also weighted to the closest hundred grams. I have contacted ZTO to ask them to reweigh the items, not sure if they will actually do it.

Obviously they are cheating.

Remember there is also volumetric weight.

No volumetric weight calculation for consolidated air shipment.
