So long? But it's not peak season what. I use ezbuy to buy last time but realised their converting is charging sky high. But didn't know they take so long at the custom. I'm afraid they lost my parcel or what

yeah, oni if the totaled up dimensions (W+D+H) is 300cm or 1 side exceed certain length or sumthing like dat

so far i oni kena once when I bought a barstool and sum other items (which I expected)

they split my shipment into 2 parts (1 of 2, 2 of 2) with the barstool in its own box and the other items in a consolidated package

but even with volumetric calculation oso cheaper than buy locally rclxms.gif

in general if small items few kilo wont kena 1 unless u buy lengthy things like rollerblinds or rolled up wallpaper

never use 3rd party one before

I have been buying from taobao using direct shipping or consolidate shipping.

So far, all the package has been arrive in timely manner other than that one time that i mentioned

most of the time custom clearance takes 2 to 3 days like that

Does not matter whether the item taxable or not.

Once ur item over Rm500+ , u have a chances of getting taxed.

its kinda hit and miss, so depends on luck rolleyes.gif

My purchased items in the console warehouse is 1.04kg.. sometimes I feel taobao is evil.. haunting us to spend more money. . Now I dunno what to fill up the 460grams...sigh..

asked the i-dex customer service if my parcel kena charged at the custom and it reached gdex by the night! i think they will probably reach me by monday.

I use TAOBAO direct seashipping, i have no clue to any shipping company so i set it default shipper by TAOBAO.

7th July 2018 - I brought 2 items (Baby Chair & baby table)
15th July 2018 - Arrived at warehouse.
17th July 2018 - Completed the Shipping payment as the item has oversize (51cm(w)x51cm(h))
27th July 2018 - The items has just only go into customs. Not yet abroad the ship.
30th July 2018 - I feel like fcking dying. Waiting for parcel really dam long.

THE SEA-SHIPPING IS LIKE A SCAM LAR. why can so slow one? slower than our previous goverment x10!!!!!

Aliwangwang the assistant, 1 day only replied one time, given reason are too busy. No explanation on the delay as well.

Well, that's a quite a long delay
Might need to switch to different service like yeslogistics
Bought a table, got an update in week 3 and apparently it arrived in msia 1 week earlier but had to contact them first to arrange local delivery
