Hi expert, need help on my taobao direct shipping as below attachment.

how to track the item in malaysia? is it 600021504365? tried in skynet return nothing, is it their website lousy? i tried track last month items(which already received) also no record. any other link to track it?

my items has been "song guan" since 29th dec.. :-(

which consolidated shipper did you used?

The status basically says the item was sent to clear customs, but hasn't cleared yet.

Different shipper has different type of status updates terms and update frequency, but all are crap to me because they are delayed and sometimes the info doesn't make any sense.

i used direct shipping , it shows: 物流服务商：秀驿物流 .
so the status meant still in customs? :-( i think due to holiday period last week..i think have to wait next week for my parcel.
taobao direct shipping more and more slow..last time within 1 week i can get my items. now 2weeks still havent got my items, perhaps it was due to holiday season.

中通秀驿 / ZTO 's local courier in Malaysia is Skynet.
I agree with you... most likely holiday time and they might forgot to update in the system.
Please do contact Skynet directly to find out what happen with your parcel.

My colleague also choose direct shipping, shipped by ZTO and Skynet.
From the tracking log, it stated left CR1 and already collected by buyer, but my colleague did not receive at all.
Called Skynet and found out the parcel still in the warehouse, this may take few more days to deliver.

I bought something on Taobao on 21/12/2017 and shipped using TGDS. Received on 3/1/2018 but the tracking number is still not trackable on skynet website. I guess it is just an issue with their website tracking system

sifus, in between direct global shipping and shipping consolidate so on, which one is better? i found consolidate is cheaper thus can choose which service i want. i am new to this taobao.

Understood. But look at ur case. None peak season also take around 14days to reach? Wat a service... I thought can be faster.... 😂

Any sifu can give me some advise?
Buy something from taobao and use direct shipping.
When reached warehouse, they reject to accept it. Said size too big.
Size is about 50x50x50cm. Actual weight is 2 to 3kg.
Now they say if want to ship by air need to add RM240+/- (count by volume). Which is more than the actual product price.
They will return to seller if i do not add the fee.
Contact the seller, his reply is super slow and do not care much.

1. Can i cancel the order without the seller agreed or reply?
2. Anyone know which shipping company can deal with such case at cheaper price other than using sea shipping?

Use panli.com and ship by DHL, you should get the goods in 1 week.

If ectbuy, their limit for total height, weight and length is 120cm
If exceed there's an extra 150rmb

I'd suggest you abort this transaction. You can submit request for "refund" and state reason "goods not received".

I think it will be messy if you now try to select another shipper, best to select the shipper/shipping method when order is placed.
If your item is non-prohibited, why not use taobao's consolidated shipping? Cheers.

Just wait for 1 or 2 days more for the tracking status update, most likely your parcel is being sent for export clearance or on the way to Malaysia.

i have one parcel despatched from China in (23) December right after Christmas. my GDex parcel stuck in the station for more than a week already. how??? call them, can't check and say will return my call but didnt. T_T

meanwhile, another parcel i bought and despatched from China on 30 December, already received last saturday...

sigh........

anybody know what number to call in skynet to ask for the parcel status? their number in website always "user-busy". their website cant even track a single parcel.lousy website.

my parcel had been "chu gu" to malaysia since 29th december.
