You should get your item by today. Mine "get off" on the same date and time as yours. Today already with skynet and is out for delivery.

送关should means that the item is at the Malyasia Customs. Depends on our customs efficiency to see how long it will get cleared. Based on my experience it may take from less than a day up to 5 working days depending on your luck or their work load.

Could be that the flight to msia keeps getting delayed
I once had an order that had like 5 day flight delay, had to confirm with help chat about that
I really hope that doesn't happen when cny is is really close next week
