Hi..just wanted to ask..bought something, from Taobao and shipped to DEX warehouse. Seller sent using 韵达快递 but from 15th Nov. until now no update in tracking at all..Emm..wondering where is the parcel now..seller is not helping..should I click refund, or should i just wait?

Apparently, taobao direct shipping and skynet consolidated shipping are the same company COE/ZTO (got many names), their warehouses juz next door.

my guitar tat was rejected by direct shipping can be delivered to consolidated shipping without extra charge from the local courier.

but consolidated shipping there gonna charge me a bomb.

then another obstacle, the custom coz my item way more than rm500

I am hoping by using IVMS 4500 might work though. Not sure about the registration part to use the device.

I've tried ezviz with my hikvision multilanguage nvr, and ezviz website just keeps poping up errors about device not compatible so I ended up using ivms app.
I've asked senior hikvision user who have used both english and china version and he just use ivms to view/manage the cameras.
Still I'm curious about how ptz cameras would work with ivms

I think it should be ok, I've bought items worth more than 1k with tgds without extra charges.
I think someone mention before here using 4px/prouter that you might get charged if exceed rm500?

When you mean ezviz means the ezviz app connecting to your nvr? The camera you used is ezviz camera or Hikvision camera? Perhaps I should just get a hikvision camera to be safer instead rather than a ezviz camera?

Update to my previous case that I have send back value of RM250 clothes back into China have been successful. And now waiting for Alipay refunding back to me.

Ezviz is a cloud service introduced by Hikvision, it just makes easier for you to set up camera without the hassle of setup dns/port forward.
Similar to how Xiaomi camera works with their cloud system where you only need login to your account. The camera is still made by hikvision

which NVR model did you get? is it possible to use a PC as NVR?

Pc is most basic one as nvr, got ivms software for that
Most people would probably go for nvr to save electric bill
Mine is the DS-7108-SN, 8 channel 1080p recording
Good for cameras with 1-3mp sensors, anything above 4mp you won't be able to configure/view substream channel

You can search for 韵达快递 in google, usually there is the online tracking site, put in the number see where the item is. Alternatively call the cust service for 韵达快递 - again, should be able to find on google, ask them what is the status or why not moving.

If tracking num cannot be found, then u have no choice but to bug the seller.

Never try before, but this method might works (theorically)
1. Depend whether seller want you to ship back or not (nego with seller)
2. If no proceed below, if Yes, please ship back and do your own math see which more worthy by calculating the shipping cost or just buy a new one. (shipping back to China IS NOT CHEAP!)
3. So how they gonna ship you when you are using forwarding? well, simple. talk to seller, and explain your situation to him (fingercross he understand, as most seller do not aware taobao does ship oversea by using forwarding)
So ask them like this method, I click the same items into my cart, ask them set to 0.01Yuan, pay it and send to your forwarding as usual method. of course when they took back your faulty product first.

Usually I return my products under free return policy periods, lets say I change my mind after my product reach my forwarding warehouse. I select send back or refund.

So this is my 1st time experience, return the product from Malaysia back into China and the seller does refund back to me. What a amazing experience. From I place the order and I received in Malaysia tooks around 7days, and sending back to him took another 2 weeks. And money from Taobao refund back into my Alipay tooks another 1 weeks. IT DOES NOT STOP HERE. Alipay verify my amount and waiting my Credit Card bank to go through that gonna take 1 more weeks. My CC bank just verify the amount 3 days ago, and now I need another 3 weeks (ETA shown in the Alipay dashboard) before the amount show in my statement/account.
