I ordered a guitar and used direct shipping aka COE warehouse, b4 the seller sends out, I have texted COE and asked about the item can be shipped or not.
They told me currently bz with 11.11 day, asked me to send later, a week after the 11.11 I asked the seller to send the item to COE,
they rejected my item due to oversized, previously i had sent something even bigger than the guitar but this time they don let me thru. they asked me to text them after their logistic process becomes normal again.
now my guitar stuck at courier there.

I'm so frustrated becoz they didnt mention anything about oversize when i send them the link of the item on taobao. They only told me don send during 11.11.

Sigh....

Normally if you see the status : 送关 ,then you will be able to track the item after 2 or 3 days at skynet.

Then now what you will do? Return the item back to seller?

I think I read somewhere, maybe at their T&Cs, there writen maximum allow size of the parcel.

Taobao website has already specified the maximum size that can be accepted

seller helped to call courier to keep my parcel for the time being, not sure for how long.

yes, in their tnc got stated the size, tats y i texted them 1st to ask. sometimes they will accept even its oversized.

i'll ask again next month, if they still don wan to accept
i'll ask the seller to help redirect the parcel to skynet which they can accept bigger dimension.

Actually why don't you find another warehouse? I use taobao direct shipping when I just started to buy stuff from Taobao, but later on I search for other warehouse which can accept mostly items (including all that "sensitive items" like battery, powder, fluid... ) , I don't think your guitar is that big until warehouse cannot handle, in worst case then just choose sea shipping. ( I know taobao direct will not do it for us, thats why I search for other warehouse)

If you ask them next month, then alipay will pass your payment to seller(guitar), if you don't want it happens, then you need to start the returning process soon.

Anyone tried using taobao direct after buying sensitive item? Isit better using agent to buy sensitive item?

If you can buy the item on checkout, there's a good chance it can be shipped to your home.
I've bought items that comes with sensitive items like ink/battery but only at small quantities/size

bump. I'm also curious to know.. I want to buy CCTV sets from taobao directly. I wonder whether they will charge extra for sensitive items? Ezbuy charges RM10 for 500g. not sure about other agents.

I recently bought two Ezviz through ezbuy on 11.11. As of now, the item have yet to leave EZBUY's warehouse =.=.

And as for EZVIZ, they say it is made by Hikvision. So wanted to try getting two IP camera and see how it works. If it is good to use, then I am planning to get a few more and wireless DVR to record. But I am not sure whether it is any better of other brands.

Which hikvision model you got? Wireless or POE?

I have bought a car dashcam and a few IP Cameras using TGDS before and I received them successfully. Those items will normally be considered as sensitive items if I am using the third party forwarder.

I was considering wireless hikvision, but then i realized might as well get POE ones since you still need power cable to connect.
Instead of finding nearest power outlet for each camera, i can just use a single poe adapter to power all cameras.
But my concern now is how to protect from lightning haha, obviously not a problem for wifi cameras.

wishlist only opens up occasionally like during 11/11, i got all my wishlist approved

c6h hopefully got english menu but still not so difficult to figure out, can trial and error

its coming by sea, so will take sometime to arrive

That looks pretty bad ass. Confirm can see HD super clear! For wireless, I hope that I don't have to pull too many wires in the house and now days we have wireless technology. So I was thinking to try wireless one. How did get items into Prime? I want some of my wishlist to be on prime as well.
