Went for retail spending using newly design Citi PM card today. The cashier put my card into terminal and press 'debit' option. Transaction can't go thru . She ask me your card is debit card right? I said no , it is a credit card
Then she said "Sorry, i thought it is a debit card because normally credit card have silver type number in front of the card" I don't know what to say and just smile at her  |

What benefit you can derived from a card that having annual fees of RM600?
20k points probably worth about rm50 if exchange with voucher. By value it's worth. If can waive it, why not try? |

I can't remember when was this card issued.They did waived for me earlier (can't remember how many times), but suddenly charged me 600 last year, and revert to deduct my points after I called to complain.
