oh this campaign is run by RP, mine is directly from citibank, i have get lazada voucher from other bank credict card before they always give one total amount without splitting sweat.gif

In what form you receive Lazada voucher?
Via email/SMS (unique code) or paper voucher (also unique code)?

I'm anticipating my lazada voucher arrival soon. More than 1 week been waiting. Should it be quick, I just wondering?

i received my clear card today 2nd May, approved and received sms delivering on last Wednesday 24th April, 25,26,29,30 til today, seems really 5 business days biggrin.gif
and i already spend RM1001 to this clear card, hopefully can get lazada RM500 voucher laugh.gif

citibank seems very FAST, i spend RM1001 @ 6pm just now, login to online app already show the transaction, thought usually for credit card will be 1-2 days before show up

one thing how come my credit limit is RMxx,100 <== 100 behind, why not just RMxx,000 sweat.gif

The transaction is still tagged as pending.
Citibank Online and Citibank app have the capability of showing pending for processing unbilled/non-posted transactions like SC.

Received the unique code via SMS

Perhaps you can get them (RP) a call, it will be faster I guess, at least for my case

maybe they just put multiplier based on your gross income? is it ×3 of ur gross income?

i applied last week 22 April, but i choose lazada RM500 because i rarely uses boost. i got my card yesterday 2nd May. smile.gif hopefully entitle to get voucher after spend 1001 last night lol

For that 1000 spending, Can i reload BOOST to qualify? I submitted application just only for the 500 boost code.

apply card on end of march, got it on april and spend it and paid accordingly.
But just realised i have paid the SST without asking any waiver.
Any Sifu get the SST waived ?

SST cannot be waived, what Citibank was doing is paying on your behalf.

not too sure, but i reload to bigpay and shopee accumulate to ~1500 already, after few weeks i might call citibank ask, if bigpay not qualify i will divert some other card expenses here biggrin.gif

How is the SST charge being imposed? I understand that it is annually, but is it being charged directly after we received CC?

charged upon card activation or card approval month, different banks have different policy.
