just called citibank and they request me to use 20k points to waive my premiermiles AF? anyone have this issue?

haha called citibank today and ask for free waiver, they said they dont offer free waiver for anyone this year, ask me to show prove that who got free waiver etc. so i proceed to cancelled my card and they accept it.
