Oh, the taxi they provide is the cheapest one. So if you have a lot of luggage they will make you pay to upgrade to larger taxi.

You can't redeem more than one free ride at a time. So even if you swipe six times,  you get only one ride. But if you have supplementary cards, they are also entitled.

The booth in KLIA. You need to take train there. I did that last time but they didnt ask for boarding pass though they might..

I redeem 1-2 taxi rides every month, so am very experienced with this.

1. Booth is in KLIA 1 international Arrivals. So, if you land at domestic Arrivals or KLIA 2, you have to enter the international Arrivals area. If stopped by the security, just say you are going to Citibank taxi booth. I have done this over 20 times and no problem. Don't need to pretend. They don't require boarding pass, and even when I didn't take a flight at all (took bus from Johor to Klia) I was able to redeem.

2. You must show 3 overseas receipts (the small credit card terminal slips) for any amount (I sometimes buy chewing gum x 3 from overseas supermarket) within 1 month of your taxi ride.
Online is not counted. See my comments above.

i just convert to premiermiles...i tested the luggage during their roadshow...the quality & design like the cheap material one i can say handle can easily broken...
if i want to change the gift like dashcam...the pix quality is so blur...

Just checking - your supplementary card doesn't share the same statement as you? For mine, all my supps are under my statement, so I just pay my principal.

I just checked with my Mum who is the main user of the free taxi (using her supp card), and she told me she arrived at Domestic terminal in late March, and went to counter at international terminal. They asked for boarding pass, but allowed her to redeem even though it was domestic. Maybe one off good luck.
