Hey everyone. Currently holding Citi PremierMiles

With migration to UOB, do I still get to enjoy the 1st 3 years AF waiver? The new product PRVI Miles Elite has an AF of RM600.

Or everything still unclear at the moment, as in whether UOB will continue this waiver?

Same , stucked and have to call to request statement balance.

I called and they say they will send the statement to everyone in 5 to 2 weeks automatically. And I cannot use this card for any online transaction because cannot receive OTP.

Well, my partner was denied klia limousine service even with 3 foreign trx slips. Reason is that the combined trx must be at least rm2k. This is so weird. Card is Premiermiles

This is what the CS told me through the phone. Great if you still can use for online transaction, no need to bluntly accusing ppl making shit up.

I found out from opening the app from time to time - daily in fact. No SMS or email.

Notice was posted in their website here.

Yeah... Citi should have at least allowed OTP for sole purpose of Mobile Token activation even after 01st July 2023. But probably too close between the cessation of OTP mandated by BNM (July 2023 onwards) and their scheduled migration to UOB (14-16 July 2023), they could not be bothered.

Come to think of it, the mandate by BNM to switch to app-based authentication started earlier in the year. Citi was slowest of all the banks I am using.

Citi is just introducing a half-baked solution, since they are migrating to UOB's app in mid-July anyway

no point perfecting it

Received 2 months ago, that time also didn't aware, it was the sms that prompt me to activate the token.

Since migration will happen just about a week+ less ahead, no point to activate now. Might as well activate thru new UOB app.

I just checked both premier miles & prvi miles elite t&c, no mention bout min spend, only 3 foreign sales slip needed.

Hi All,

Can we still redeem our points to airline miles now?

I'm holding Citi PM now and notice the redemption lower after the card is converted to UOB card.

1 PM point is converted to 8 points in UOB.

Let's say I have 50,000 points, converting now to say Enrich Miles, I would get 50,000 points. After convert to UOB points, 400,000 would only be worth 44,444 miles.

Since Enrich is having promo now, was thinking to convert now instead of after converting to UOB.
*
I've already converted all my points to airmiles last month.

1 PM point = 6 UNIRM ya, not 8.

current points not affected after migrated to uob. if u have 50k points now, with 1500 pm = 1000 enrich, u get 33,333 enrich. after convert to UNIRM, u still get 33,333 enrich (9000 UNIRM = 1000 enrich) BUT miles redemption for local spend with pri miles elite is not attractive anymore, u need to spend double to get the same miles point. Prvi miles elite only good for foreign spend.

That's why it's weird. That's what he experienced at the counter. I wonder if the counter staff going to manually calculate the exchange amount
