Hi guys, I noticed a mild krik kruk sound came from the rear part of my Preve when I drove it on an uneven road or passing a speed bumps.
At first I think it was the car jack that is located on top of the spare tyre, but after inspecting it closely, I'm pretty confident it wasn't it.
Any of you guys have encountered the same problem?
Secondly, after a week driving my Preve I also noticed that braking the car when it is in a slow speed also making a quite hard krik kruk sound. It it normal? What can I do to solve the braking sound problem?

Hi Stichy, the rear problem sound seems gone after the 1000km service. The SC mechanic have re tighten the undercarriage of my Preve. Maybe you should ask the SC to check your car undercarriage and retighten it.
Weirdly guys, I have compained about the braking sounds problem to the SC, but they said that I need to do the disc brake skimming on my own?
And one more new minor problem which is the driver seat is making a kruk kruk sound whenever I moved.. So annoying if you know what I mean.. About that also the SC said that they cannot do anything 'because it is the specs from the factory'.
Nevermind about that, an email have been sent to proton customer care and they are still investigating it.

Hear, hear! My seats produce that sound too, the old tilam spring sound. Having read some comments from fellow members here, I tried my luck having them changed while still under warranty during my last service. The SC has ordered the replacement parts (seats) for me but was informed that it may take a few months before they arrive. It's ok, I can wait. But I'm just wondering if the new seats would just be the same, with the same old tilam noise.
The sound that is akin the "mattress sound" when you bounce up and down the bed. Something like the squeaking sound of the springs. I had previously described this sound as a "ngek ngek" sound as if there are air pockets inside the seats.
There are quite a few cases on this driver's seat that will emit this sound when you rub your back on the seat, or the car goes over speed bumps and your back rubs against the seat and the sound will come up. For the past 2 years, I have replaced the front driver's seat 2 times. With the new seat, there is no sound in the first 1 or 2 months but after that, the sound will come back. I will need to get them to replace the defective seat with a new one in my next appointment, for the 3rd time. This would be the last time I can get the seat replaced under warranty as my car will be over 3 years old this coming August. The warranty for the seat is only for 3 years.
